A commercial company in Lagos needs the services of a motivated candidate to fill this vacant position.Responsibilities:Respond to external/internal visitor’s enquiries.Handle all necessary correspondence/queries, hence have access to all e-mails.Render high quality support to appropriate office.Write well-researched reports on different aspects of the business.Coordinate the MD’s activities and ensure that his appointment and schedules are effectively Manager. Monitor the expense budget of MD’s office.Manage the MD’s travel Itinerary, booking of flights amongst others.Arrange conferences meetings etc.Carry out other delegated duties and responsibilities appropriately.Qualifications/Skills:Minimum of Hnd/Bsc in International relations or any related course, adequate years of experience Having worked in the past as a personal Assistant will be of added advantage Good planning, organizational and administration skills, excellent Oral and Written communication skills Good time Management, Strong persuasive skill, interpersonal skills must possess general business acumen, Must be teachable and learnable, Excellent IT skills and candidate Must be a Lagos-resident.
